My chest yesterday was incredibly sore. More that what normally makes sense. It was so sore I had a hard time doing pullups and had to do lat pulldowns instead. It was a pretty poor workout yesterday and I just was not feeling it at all. Didnt get a pump till way late in my workout when I was doing bicep curls. Pretty disappointing, but it happens.
Been digging into Lean Gains and minimalist training. I’m a huge fan of only doing the “money” exercises and the way the creator of the program structures diet and training makes it really intriguing to try. He also addresses many important hormones such as leptin, testosterone and cyclical dieting, which allows you to safely lose body fat and gain muscle at the same time providing you train and eat accordingly.
Reading the leangains blog is almost reading a body composition nutritional encyclopedia. Very interesting reads.
