I went to Gold’s Gym for the first time in a long time yesterday. Since I’m still paying under contract, I figured I would go on one of my off days and workout. It was good, but really dont miss it, especially now that I literally have my own gym.
Benched 195lbs for 3 reps on Bench. Did a pyramid set and finished with some high reps. I supersetted pushups between sets and finished with over 100 reps. INC bench was very hard after doing 6 sets of heavy bench, but I got a good pump going. Moved on to Dips, Flys and finished with some skull crushers. This was the first workout in a while that my arms were literally shaking after I was done.
After Chest and Tris, I did some Abs for about 5 mins just to finish me off.
I finished yesterday with about 2300 calories and 200 grams of protein/ 100 grams of carbs and 100 grams of fat.
Had some good wine this weekend as well.
I finally received my senior yearbook today from VA Tech and its probably the ugliest cover I have seen. It looks something a second grader may have designed. Yikes haha.
