Morning Weight- 168.8lbs
- Barbell Bench Press 5×5
- DB shoulder press 4×10
- BB behind neck press 4×10
- Cuban Press 3×10
- Dips and tricep pushdown 3×10
- Lateral Raise/Rear Delt Raise/ Overhead Press 4×8
Started the shoulder workout with barbell bench just because its my favorite move. Got 185lbs 5 times on 4 sets. Probably move it up to 190lbs for the working sets next workout. Move to DB shoulder press, which I did standing up this time. Standing up while doing shoulder presses is a weak point of mine, so I want to increase in strength on these movements. Repped up about 40lbs on the first two sets than dropped back down to 35lbs on the next two. Behind the neck press was with an empty barbell. Cuban Press was an instrumenting addition and it lit my shoulders on fire. Finished with a triceps superset followed by a light shoulder circuit.
Halloween today and Williamsville Wellness had a giant candy bowl out for the residents. I decided not to partake. 😉 I’m honestly not big on candy anyway. The protein bars I eat taste so good they basically are candy bars.

Not this one.
