Morning Weight – 165lbs

Workout

  • Bench Press 6×12-5
  • Hip Extensions 6×12
  • Chinups 4×8-4
  • Dips 5×8-4
  • INC DB Press 4×15
  • DB Row 4×8
  • Lateral Raise, DB Curl, forearm curl, Tri Extension 3×10

Big Upperbody workout today that felt awesome.  Did a lot of supersets today and finished right under an hour.  Did more volume than usual and my arms were shaking after the workout.  Chinups and Dips were done with a 25lbs vest on and those felt heavy real quick.  Got bench up to 185lbs for 5 reps at the end.  Used the 50lb DB’s for INC press to really fatigue the chest and finished with arms and shoulders in circuit fashion.

Having Extreme Pizza tonight for the first time in a while, which should be epic.  Also having some vino since its Friday night.  The early part of the day was the same as always.
