Hit 200lbs Bench for the first time today. Only got it once, but still more that I ever lifted. Bench is starting to feel real easy here recently. I like going lighter on Bench to warmup then go very low rep and heavy weight toward the end. I used a weighted vest for dips (24lbs) and got 5 sets of about 7 reps on average. Dips are by far one of my favorite exercises. I used INC DB Bench for volume and only used the 50’s. Tris were fried by this point so I only did a little bit of isolation to finish them off.
Still eating according to the PHD.
No workouts this weekend. Had my 5 year reunion and it was better than expected. Laughed harder at this reunion than I have in a really long time. I also enjoyed catching up with all of my old friend that I havent seen in a long time.
