Tomorrow I will hit a giant upperbody workout with heavy weights and high volume.

Low calorie rest day today. Trying out spaghetti squash tonight and it is awesome, very moist and somewhat starchy vegetable.  Also using Classico pasta sauce which is much healthier than most pasta sauces due to the ingredients it uses.

Journal

For some reason still excited to watch the Giants play tonight even though there is a 90% chance we will lose and also look bad doing it.  Then again there is still a 10% chance we will put it together and come out looking good.
