Morning Weight – 165lbs

Workout

  • Back/Shoulders/Bi’s
  • Weighted Chinups 5×6-8 (25lb vest)
  • DB ROW 4×6 reps with 90lbs DB
  • Shoulder Press (DB) 4×10-4 (45 up to 55lbs)
  • Biceps Curl 5×8 with 30lbs DB’s

Did my workout later in the day today, since I had very little time earlier.  It was pretty minimalist, which I like, for the most part, but felt really good on pullups.  Pullups are starting to feel very easy even with added weight which is obviously a good sign.  The DB rows felt pretty heavy today for some reason, but still managed 4 sets of 6 reps with 90lbs.

Had a quest bar and coffee mid morning and nothing until 3:30 PM.  I was starving, but didn’t have time to eat.  That means a big dinner with lots of carbs and calories.  Fine with me.

Journal

Wrote another post today on nutritional deficiencies.  Another article based on information from the Perfect Health Diet.  Really appreciate that book.  The nutritional information it covers is a goldmine for just above everyone.
