Low calorie off-day today.  Lots of starch at dinner to get in daily carbs.

Did more research on the PHD diet and had to write a post on leptin resistance.  I have to add Paul Jaminet to my favorite list because of how smart this guy is.  Usually every question I have this guy has an answer for it.  Leptin resistance is really interesting and I think my post earlier summed it up nicely.
