Morning Weight – 167lbs

Workout

  • Bench 5×6-8 (185lbs)
  • Dips 5×10-6 (25 added lbs)
  • INC Bench 3×8-4 (65lbs)
  • Tri pushdown 3×10

Did a minimalist workout today. Didn’t feel like doing a bunch of volume and just felt like sticking to my favorite moves.

3 oz chicken Broccoli Pepperoni 2 whole eggs

No protein shake this morning.  I noticed those dont do much for my hunger and possibly make me even hungrier than I was before.  I just stuck to coffee and a quest bar and my hunger levels were much better.  No banana during training today, because the ones at the house looked rotten. (I think I’ll pass).  I have a lot of carbs to eat today to hit my goal number, so Ill just have a huge dinner loaded with them.

Journal

The Giants are really getting under my skin.  We have been in every game this year and right around the end of the 3rd quarter and beginning of the 4th, we go in to self destruct mode.  It makes no sense.  The team literally just stops playing hard and starts turning it over like crazy.  So frustrating to watch, especially since I wait all year to watch them play and this is what I have to deal with.  YIKES.

If we could fast forward to next season, that would be greeeatt.
