- Skull Crusher 3×10 30 lbs
- 50 pushups
Been pounding back the whole eggs and red meat for dinner and bananas during my workout. Been feeling very strong in the gym which is always a good sign. My calories have been averaging about 2000-2200 a day, but strength is going up so I’m not going to change anything.
Bought a new laptop yesterday and it was a much needed upgrade. Didn’t have time to write a post yesterday and I also have to get my pictures migrated from my old computer to the new one, which is a pain but necessary. New laptop is awesome by the way.
