Journal

Shoulders were still sore today from 3 days ago and it severely limited the amount of weight I could lift.  I performed the exercise standing to increase the intensity at a light weight to make up for it.  Deadlifts felt pretty good though, but didnt go super heavy since I had 6 sets to power through.  Finished with some hip extensions and planks for Abs.

Overall good day and I’m slamming this calzone tonight.  Should be epic. ;).
