Also had a Quest Bar and a ton of red meat and 2 whole eggs for dinner.

Journal

Had to take a rest day today, because my entire upper body was extremely sore.  I’m not sure if this is due to me taking a long break right around the time I went to Dallas, but no lifting was happening today.

Did a lot more research on nutrition today and it still amazes me how much you can learn, even when you think you know everything.

Also got my first paycheck today and went to cash it in right after work.  Felt good too. 🙂
