  • BB Bench Press 6×12-6
  • Chin-ups 4xAMAP
  • INC DB Press 3×12 (100lbs)
  • Cable Row 3×10
  • DB standing press 3×10 (60lbs)
  • Lateral Raise 4×10 (10lbs)
  • Alt DB Curl 4×8 (30lbs)
  • Close Grip DB press 3×8 (40lbs)
  • Skull Crushers 2×10 (30 lbs)
  • Hammer Curls 1×10 (25lbs)
  • Hip Extensions 4×15
  • Bicycle Crunch 3×50

Basically did a massive Upper Body workout today.  I’m going to have more carbs tonight though cause I look a little flat and its bothering me.  Pump was pretty good today and felt pretty strong on most exercises, except for shoulders.

For dinner I had some Special K nachos with canned chicken breast and some vino.  Didn’t feel like cooking last night when I got home.

This morning I leave for Dallas, which is definitely going to be some good times.  Cant wait to wear my Eli Manning Jersey into Dallas Stadium haha. 😉
