Going to Dallas on Friday and won’t be able to lift for 4 days in a row. On Thursday I plan to do a massive fullbody workout in preparation, so I decided to take today off. Probably around two exercises per muscle group- one compound and one isolation, most likely supersetted.
Another low day at 1400 calories. Got one more low day on Thursday, before I hit Dallas. Obviously Dallas will include more high calorie days. 😉
