First time in a long time I took a rest day, but the weather was terrible outside and I only have a 4 day lifting split.  I’ll hit it hard tomorrow. 😉

Low Carb day and Mongolian Grill for Lunch.  Probably finished around 1500 calories today, which isn’t that bad for a rest day.

Journal

Had a good interview today and the future looks promising.  I also drank enough coffee to fuel a small country.

Went and saw Elysium mid-day and I must say it was awesome.  Matt Damon was really good in it, the plot was interesting and original and the action non-stop.  In my book that makes a movie really good.

Plan on hitting the second day of GH circuits reloaded tomorrow.
