Morning Weight- 169 lbs

Workout

  • Cardio 4 miles
  • 10 min circuit workout
  • 5 pull-ups, 10 pushups, 10 BW squats each minute for 10 minutes
  • (Totals 50 pull-ups, 100 pushups, 100 squats)

70 degree day outside, so I had to do cardio today.  I was almost cold going outside to run this morning and sweat a lot less than usual.  It was definitely nice not going out in scorching heat though.  Finished with a circuit workout, which I plan to add to my cardio days indefinitely.  I was feeling real good on pull ups and pushups and almost felt like I could have doubled each of those.  I plan to add in one extra rep, each time I workout.

Went to GNC and stocked up on Quest Bars today and ended up trying a new flavor called white chocolate raspberry.  The flavor name didn’t sound great, but it was really good.  It honestly tasted like cotton candy ice cream.  Its up there with my new favorite flavors.

Overall nutrition is going to be about 1800-2000 calories today.  I usually eat lower carb on off days to burn fat and then increase the calories on lift days to 2400 calories.
