Bought a subscription to John Meadows site today. Been blowing it off for awhile, but I really wanted access to his information and there is a ton of content that is getting constantly updated. Its only $10 a month, $.30 a day or $120 a year. For someone like me that loves reading about the newest nutrition and workout advice, that price is well worth the money.
Workout was a nice, easy run followed up with some jump roping. Jump roping is kind of like riding a bike. You will be terrible at first, but once you learn how, it becomes very, very easy.
Nutrition was lower in carbs and calories today since all I did was cardio.
Tonight, the Breaking Bad premiere is finally on. Its about time too, because the last season left a huge cliffhanger. Basically the entire course of the show is going to change. Should be interesting to see what happens.
