Yesterday was a long day, but honestly really enjoyed the interviews.  At the end of the day at my final interview, we did a circuit training workout, which I really enjoyed.  The trainer was a 6’6” MMA fighter who was one of the nicest guys I ever met and also made me feel short and I’m about 6’1”.  He did 1 minute with a weight you get for about 15-20 reps and then did 30 seconds with a harder exercise.  We finished off with swinging a 100 lb rope, which worked your core like crazy. It definitely made me identify some weak points that I have.  I will definitely adopt some of these techniques when doing cardio type workouts, which is about 3 times a week right now.  The other 4 will be geared towards straight sets and good ole heavy lifting to build muscle.

Nutrition was low in calories yesterday and I didn’t have time to each much.  It was a busy day and had a very good breakfast, a small lunch and then some pizza and wine for dinner.  Not the healthiest, but I was really low yesterday and the pizza and wine definitely helped me add in some calories.
