Journal

Easy day today.  Saw 2 Guns today which was awesome.  Denzel Washington and Mark Whalberg were hilarious.

Workout was good today and I supersetted ab movements with pull movements.  My back was fried by the end too the point where Lat pulldowns felt heavy.  I was definitely feeling the Deadlifts today and did multiple sets of those.

I attempted to make strawberry cheesecake greek yogurt and it was very good, but not nearly as good as the pumpkin I made the day before.  Also, threw some spinach into my chocolate protein shake and it was shockingly very good.  It added some texture to the shake and obviously turned the entire thing green.  Had some Mongolian grill for lunch, which is awesome because its basically a giant stir-fry consisting of any meats and vegetables you want.
