I had Pumpkin Greek Yogurt this morning that was so good I felt obligated to write a post about it.
- 3-4 oz of Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 Pure Pumpkin (Libby’s)
- 1 scoop of ELITE XT Rich Vanilla
- Splash of Almond Milk
- 2 Splenda
- Cinnamon and Pumpkin Pie Spice
This tastes exactly like pumpkin cheesecake, but instead of being loaded with fat and sugar its loaded with protein and healthy ingredients.
