Today was a good day. I received 3 calls all for interviews on Friday. One at 1130 (personal trainer at Gold’s Gym), the second at 3pm for (Fitness Consultant at Gold’s Gym (different location than first)) and the third at 4pm forAdvanced Wellness Centre as a Personal Trainer and Marketing specialist. Really glad to be offered these positions and hopefully will land one of them. Looks like all the hard work I’ve been doing has finally paid off!
Workout was really good today. DB bench felt heavy for some reason, but everything else felt food. Got a huge burn from the machine flys and was definitely feeling a good pump.
Nutrition was same as always, adequate calories, healthy foods and balanced diet.
