Finally received my personal trainer certification in the mail today. Looks pretty good! Also, got an interview with Gold’s gym for fitness consultant on Friday. Seems like pretty good timing on the PT certification to come, must be a good sign.
Workout was an easy run, since it was a nice day out. Decided to do cardio today to get on track with my new 4 day split.
Nutrition was two big stir-frys and two protein bowls. I honestly love these food’s so much I could eat them everyday for the rest of my life. I honestly never get tired of it. Which is good since there very healthy.
