I received my PT certification as well as my Lifestyle and Weight management specialist certificate today in the mail.  Felt good to actually get them, because it makes me official.

Spent most of the day researching freelancing jobs and this is definitely something I can see myself doing at least in the foreseeable future. I’m a pretty fast writer and getting paid $3 an article isn’t bad money.  Especially when you get a raise very quickly once you write enough articles.

The workout today was a nice and easy run.  The weather was awesome outside and I really didn’t feel like driving to the gym, so I decided to just do a cardio day.  It definitely is nice to be done with a workout in 45 mins and not having to drive to get there.

Nutrition featured a lot of protein and vegetables as usual.  A little less calories and carbs today since I did’t lift.
