Wrote part 2 of maximizing the metabolism earlier today.  I have a lot to say on the issue, so I feel breaking it into separate parts it the best way to go about it.  Very interesting topic though so Im enjoying getting the info out.

The next part will be how to apply the maximization of the metabolism to different goals.  Mine at the moment is to use this knowledge to my advantage to put on muscle with very minimal fat gains. 😉

Workout went really good today.  Probably one of the best and my favorite workout I have done in a long time.  Basically blasted the muscles I’m targeting to grow the most back, shoulders, traps and arms with high reps and sets.  Had a very nice pump going at the end.

Nutrition – had a ton of oatmeal and a giant sweet potato (one of my new favorite foods) and will have pizza and wine for dinner. Pretty good day if I do say so myself.
