Wrote an article on whole eggs this morning. A true example of a superfood and the closest thing to a natural multivitamin your are going to find. Eating multiple whole eggs may provide extra benefits over just eating one.
Went for an early run to beat the heat and it went awesome. I hit the zone and time flew by.
Saw a very interesting article on a two-day diet and how its just as effective for people that were on diets 7 days a week. A lot of negative things happen on chronic calorie deficits and this two day diet may be a way to sidestep them. Here is a link to the article and I’ll probably write a post on it tomorrow. Nutritionally today I went to Bertuccis and got a double chicken calzone, half for lunch and half for dinner. Dear God those things are good and there not that bad nutritionally either. ( I always look nutrition before eating something) Also doing some wine tonight.
Afterward shopped at Trader Joe’s, which is probably my favorite grocery store. Trader Joe’s offers MUCH better prices than Whole food’s and Fresh Market and the quality is just as good if not better. There wine selection is also on point, with a good variety and very cheap prices.
