Wrote two posts this morning, one on carbs in the diet and the other on stir-frys. Stir-frys are my go to meal and the combinations are endless.
Finished the last chapter of my NESTA study guide today. There is a ton of information and I really focused on the main ideas, but didn’t bother about every detail. There is way too much info for that. Now I have to read through all the notes I took and learn the vocab in order to pass the test. (which is $250 :() Definitely not cheap, but o well. I heard you only need 70/120 questions to pass, so I’m not that worried about it.
Workout was awesome. Really love Chest/Triceps day. I always get pumped to go in the gym and break my previous personal best. Which here recently has been every day. 4 workouts in a row where I busted my records by a substantial amount. The above workout is my standby and my all time favorite. The best exercises for each body part with multiple sets and heavy reps. I honestly don’t like going much above 8 reps. Type II muscle fibers have the greatest potential for size and those are stimulated by heavy weights.
Nutrition was on the higher side today. I currently sit at around 1500 calories, but will probably end around 2500 due to some wine at dinner. Friday is always on the higher side for calories, but don’t bother me.
