Wrote a post on the optimal protein intake this morning. Outline the pros and cons of either too much and too little.
Afterward I knocked out one section of my PT certification, but thats all I could handle. The chapter was way too boring and drained my mental capacity.
I also had an interview later in the day with Peak Campus, so I focused more of my effort on that by researching the company. After some research I went for a run to clear my head. It felt good, but Dear GOD was it hot outside. I was soaked in sweat after 3 miles, so I just stopped and knocked out some pushups and pull-ups. I’m also backing down my pull-ups from 50 to 25 because 50 is hard to keep consistent right now.
It was about 100 degree outside and I was wearing a full suit coat, which is not the most fun things to wear at that temperature. After the interview in Richmond, I drove to Sonic’s and got the biggest diet limeade they had. It was amazing.
Got home and took the rest of they day too lay on the couch ;).
Probably do some grilling tonight for dinner, then tomorrow its back to the gym for some legs and biceps. Probably going to switch back to squats instead of the trap-bar deadlift, just for a little change of pace.
