Last night I finished Entourage, which was probably my favorite show of all time. I mean seriously the show couldn’t have gotten any better. It basically had 5 main characters all with extremely likable personalities, yet they were all somewhat different and complemented each other perfectly. Drama was probably my favorite character, because he was flat out hilarious the entire show. The show was a drama/comedy and it definitely had plenty of both. Each show led you on to the next and I literally couldn’t stop watching it. Only problem is I have no more episodes to watch.
Workout wise I decided to do an easy cardio day as well as completing my daily 100 push ups and 50 pull ups. Running is getting really easy and its amazing how fast time goes by when I run. Blast music, hit the zone and the next thing you know 30 mins are gone. I try to keep it under an hour though cause of the amount of stress and cortisol running can release in the body.
Nutrition was on point today as I went to Texas Roadhouse for lunch and I’m having chinese and wine for dinner ;). Usually my weekends are full of “unclean” foods (as many people call it) and wine, but I fit it into my daily totals.
